We’re thrilled to welcome you, whether you’re a first-time camper or a returning friend to our exciting Summer Camp. Ready for a season filled with fun, laughter, and adventure? Let’s dive in!
Who’s Invited? Our camp is open to children with cancer, at any stage of treatment or recovery, aged between 5 and 17. We’re here to provide a fun, supportive, and engaging environment where you can make friends, try new activities, and most importantly, just be a kid!
In addition, some of our camps also welcome siblings. Sharing the camp experience with your brother or sister can make your summer even more special!
Key Information for Campers:
- Eligibility: Our camp is specifically designed for children with cancer, in any stage of treatment or recovery, aged 5 to 17. We also open our doors to siblings at some of our camps – because we believe that the joy of summer camp is even better when shared!
- Activities: From arts and crafts to outdoor adventures, we have a range of activities to keep you entertained, challenged, and having fun all camp long.
- Safety: Your health and safety are our top priorities. We have trained medical professionals on-site to provide care and support whenever necessary.
- Inclusivity: At Camp Quality USA, everyone is welcome. We strive to create an inclusive, welcoming, and fun-loving community where all campers feel at home.

We can’t wait to see you this summer and to create cherished memories together at Camp Quality USA. Here’s to a summer filled with fun, friendship, and adventure!
Certain Camp Quality USA locations are delighted to extend our warm welcome to siblings. We believe that the joy of summer camp becomes even more memorable when shared with your brother or sister!
Sibling Participation Guidelines:
- Camp Locations: Not all our locations can accommodate siblings due to capacity constraints. To check the sibling policy for a specific camp location, please click on the relevant camp below.
- Eligibility: Siblings who are eligible to attend are immediate family members living in the same household. We want to ensure that our resources are dedicated to those directly involved in the camper’s everyday life.
If your camp location is listed as accommodating siblings, we’re thrilled to include your brother or sister in our summer fun. This is a wonderful opportunity to share in the laughter, friendship, and adventure that make Camp Quality USA a special experience.
Remember, each location has its own guidelines, so don’t forget to check those out. We can’t wait to welcome your family to our Camp Quality USA community!
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for teens who are 16 to 17 years old. Join our Teen Squad!
Teen Squads are available at select camp locations. This innovative program allows teens to experience a taste of what it’s like to be a volunteer while still participating in the fun of being a camper.
Teen Squad Program Guidelines:
- Eligibility: The Teen Squad program is exclusive for 16 and 17 year-olds. This age group is typically preparing for more responsibilities and independence, and we believe this program is a perfect stepping stone.
- Program Structure: As part of the Teen Squad, participants take part in both camper and volunteer activities. This hybrid role will offer a unique perspective, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds while gaining valuable skills.
- Goal: The Teen Squad is designed to facilitate a seamless transition from camper to volunteer roles when participants turn 18. We value the continued involvement of our campers and love seeing them become integral parts of our volunteer team.
- Camp Locations: The Teen Squad program is only available at select camps. Please check the information for each camp to see if this program is offered.
If you’re ready to embrace more responsibility, engage in leadership opportunities, and contribute more directly to our camp community, we invite you to join the Teen Squad. This program is all about growth, transition, and preparing you for an exciting future role as a Camp Quality USA volunteer. Let’s create even more unforgettable camp experiences together!
Before embarking on your volunteering journey with Camp Quality USA, please review the following key information and requirements:
- Eligibility: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. This requirement helps ensure that our volunteers can effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities at the camp.
- Roles: We offer a variety of volunteer roles to suit different skills, interests, and backgrounds. These roles include mentors, activity leaders, medical team members, and photographers. We encourage you to consider where your talents and passions could be best utilized at our camp.
- Training: We’re committed to helping our volunteers succeed. That’s why we provide comprehensive training sessions for all new volunteers. These sessions will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to excel in your role.
- Screening Process: To ensure the safety and well-being of our campers, we conduct interviews and background checks for all potential volunteers. This process helps us maintain a trusted, secure environment for everyone involved.
- Commitment: Volunteering at Camp Quality USA is a rewarding experience that also requires dedication. We rely on our volunteers to be responsible, reliable, and committed to making camp a wonderful experience for all our campers.
