 In Support of Childhood Cancer Awareness
All 15 National Camp Quality camps participated in a Butterfly release.

A butterfly release is a way to celebrate the hopes and dreams of a childhood cancer survivor, or the acknowledgement of a precious child’s life lost to cancer.  Releasing a butterfly is a visual way to express what a soul feels as our emotions ride on the wings of the butterfly.  As the participant’s emotions are carried through the air by the butterfly, all who observe their flight are connected by an awareness of Childhood Cancer.
