Camp Quality USA, Inc. is completely supported by contributions from individuals, corporations, service organizations and foundations. Each and every donation directly benefits the more than 500 children that participate in our program each year. We are proud that more than 90 cents of every dollar donated goes towards operating expenses. Your generosity makes this support program for children with cancer, and their families, available free of charge year after year.

Camp Quality USA, Inc. takes our responsibility to our contributors very seriously. The Board of Directors has officially adopted the Donor Bill of Rights under the "Standards of Fundraising Practice Guidelines" for Camp Quality USA, Inc. This is one of many guidelines in place to assure you that monies entrusted to Camp Quality will be used for the purposes intended.

We take seriously our responsibility to contributors and to those children and families  we serve, to be wise stewards of funds entrusted to us.  Please know that each gift made helps a family faced with a child with cancer.

Concerned about security?  While donating online is safe and secure, you can also donate by phone or mail.

For increased security and lower operating costs we use PayPal to process credit card information.  As a result, you may be required to re-enter some of your information.  You will be asked for your Internet email address but your information will be kept confidential and as a result you will not receive junk email.  After you submit your payment information to PayPal you will be taken to an online form that will provide a wide range of options for how you would like your contribution to be used, including directing it to specific camps.  Should that form be insufficient, you may contact Camp Quality USA, Inc. directly by calling (330) 671-0167 or by emailing development@campqualityusa.com.  Rest assured that all funds will be used according to your wishes.

A Donor Bill of Rights
Philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good. It is a tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the quality of life. To assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare that all donors have these rights:

I.  To be informed of the organization's mission, of the way the organization intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes.

II.  To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization's governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities.

III.  To have access to the organization's most recent financial statements.

IV.  To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.

V.  To receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition.

VI.  To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law.

VII.  To expect that all relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to the donor will be professional in nature.

VIII.  To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers.
